Description
Fragment of a decorated panel formed by two lobes and a smaller area corresponding to the moulding forming the central profile. The central part is configured by four horseshoe lobes forming a polylobed panel with a profile with rectangular section. The plant decoration has a symmetrical layout from a central axis generated by two shoots of S-shaped arabesques terminating in simple palmettes formed by two petals and a smooth leaf occupied by side lobes. Secondary branching, with digitate leaves, create two lanceolate compositions along with the central axis formed by a palm leaf without a stalk, two chalice-shaped petals and a double-lobed leaf with central midrib. This panel, located at a lower level than the rest, is separated from the outside decorated frieze by a composite profile formed by mouldings and a profile with two rectangular strips. The outer frieze delimited by a profile with rectangular cross-section is decorated with a shoot of an arabesque from which side shoots emerge forming the circular composition, and terminate in a palmette formed by two digitate leaves with scroll-shaped lobe, and unilateral lobe that symmetrically form the central lanceolate space where the palm leaf itself, formed by calyx, central rib and double lobe, is located.
