Description
Pitcher fired in an oxidising atmosphere, with a reddish fabric and fine inclusions. It has a globular body, with a cylindrical collar with an everted rounded lip and trilobed mouth. It has a tape handle that goes from the neck to the belly. The base is flat. The inner surface is glazed in a monochrome honey-colour. Outside, the decoration is painted with manganese on the neck and belly, consisting of motifs of horizontal, parallel and concentric lines. On the belly, there is a painted band with an epigraphic motif which represents a schematization of the al-mulk .
