Description
Bowl restored from two fragments that allowed the entire profile to be recovered. A small handmade carinated bowl with slightly convex top, a rounded lip and slightly narrower neck. The bottom is concave and the two parts are joined in slight carination. The fabric is dark brown, refined, compact and homogeneous with fine quartz and mica inclusions. The outer surface is grey with spatula marks and inner is brown and smoothed. This piece was restored in the early twentieth century by the scholar Eduard Camps Cava and formed part of his personal small museum which was later the embryo of the current Museum of Guissona. It was part of the deposit in the Cave of the Auditorium.
